Return & Refund Policy

At Retna’s Shop, we strive to deliver all digital services promptly, securely, and as described. Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, returns are not accepted. However, we do offer limited refunds under specific conditions, outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
Your order has not yet been started
You provided valid and complete account login credentials
You submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase
Refunds Are Not Available If
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
The service has already been started or completed
Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid login credentials were provided and not corrected within 48 hours
The refund request is made after successful service delivery
The account was banned, restricted, or compromised prior to service
The issue results from a violation of the game’s Terms of Use
Game Saving Disclaimer
Due to the nature of Injustice: Gods Among Us Mobile, services may occasionally fail to save because of in-game syncing or server-related issues.
If this occurs:
The service is eligible to be redone at no additional cost
Refunds will not be issued for saving-related issues
Customers must contact us through a support ticket in our Discord server so we can verify the issue and reapply the service.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

The reason for your refund request
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Retna’s Shop may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Permanent restriction from future purchases
